Jacob Widell Zetterström

In August 2026, Monza reportedly submitted a formal offer of €2.5 million plus a 50% sell-on clause. Reports from July 2026 suggested an eight-figure offer (i.e., €10 million or more) would be difficult for Derby to reject. In May 2026, a former coach valued the player between £6m and £10m (approx. €7m - €12m). Earlier, in January 2026, Derby reportedly set a minimum asking price of £15 million (approx. €17.5m) to deter interest, while reports also mentioned a suggested fee of £3.5 million (approx. €4.1m) linked to interest from Brentford in summer 2025. His Transfermarkt value is consistently cited as €2.5 million. He was transferred from Djurgården to Derby County in August 2024 for a reported €1.8 million.

Our valuation is driven by Jacob Widell Zetterström's rising profile as Sweden's number one goalkeeper, attracting interest from multiple European clubs. The estimate is anchored by an expert valuation reported in May 2026 of approximately €7m-€12m and reports that an 'eight-figure' offer would be difficult for Derby to refuse, especially given his contract expires in 2027. We view Monza's recent €2.5m bid as an opening offer and the old £15m asking price as a high anchor for negotiations.
