In July 2024, Ibrahim Osman's completed transfer from Nordsjælland to Brighton was for a reported fee of €19.5 million. A later report in July 2025 mentioned this same purchase price as €20 million. In January 2026, reports again referenced the 2024 transfer, valuing it at around £16 million (approx. €19 million). A conflicting report from January 2026 suggested a permanent move to Birmingham City was agreed for around £15 million (approx. €18 million), though most other reports from that time frame described the move as a loan.

A conflicting January 2026 report mentioned a potential permanent deal to Birmingham for around £15 million (approx. €18 million), which informs the lower end of our range, while Brighton's desire to recoup their investment likely sets the upper end.
