Bart van Rooij

In July 2026, reports consistently cited an asking price of approximately €10 million from FC Twente, a figure some interested Dutch clubs reportedly found too high. At the same time, his Transfermarkt value was also listed as €10 million. Earlier, in February 2026, Wolverhampton Wanderers reportedly made a rejected offer of around €10 million. This followed a Transfermarkt valuation of approximately €6 million in November 2025. His last completed transfer was from NEC Nijmegen to FC Twente in August 2024 for a fee of €900,000.

Our valuation for Bart van Rooij is driven by the highly consistent reporting around a €10 million asking price in mid-2026, which is corroborated by a reported offer of a similar size from Wolverhampton Wanderers in February 2026. While domestic clubs reportedly find this fee high, the widespread interest from PSV, Ajax, and Feyenoord, coupled with the prior Premier League bid, solidifies a valuation near that mark.
