Zlatan Šehović, a 25-year-old Serbian, has joined Čukarički from Czech club Dukla Praha on a loan deal that includes an option to buy, and he has already joined his new teammates at their training camp in Bled, Slovenia. Čukarički's technical director, Goran Grkinić, said that head coach Marko Jakšić insisted on signing Šehović, a player the club was familiar with from his time in the Serbian youth national team. Grkinić added that the player fills the scarce left-back position. According to Šehović, his first conversation with director Matijašević took place about 20 days before the transfer was completed. Grkinić confirmed that when the possibility to sign him emerged, an agreement was quickly reached with the player, his agents, and his club. The left-back, who has 11 caps for the Serbia U21 team, joined Dukla Prague in July 2025 and made 26 domestic league appearances last season, scoring two goals. His current Transfermarkt market value is €375k.
