According to sources, Stade Reims is close to an agreement to sign Canada youth international wingback Aleksandr Guboglo, who holds both Canadian and Haitian citizenship, on loan from CF Montréal. The deal includes a purchase option for the French club. Guboglo is 19, a homegrown signing for Montréal, and has made 29 first team appearances. He joined the club on February 26, 2025, and his contract expires on December 31, 2026. For Canada's U20 team, he has 3 caps and 1 goal. His current Transfermarkt market value is €350k.
