Youssef Belammari Transfer from Raja Casablanca to Al Ahly
According to sources from Africafoot, Al Ahly's management is preparing an official offer for Raja Casablanca for the upcoming winter transfer window. The proposal is a swap between Achraf Dari and 27-year-old Moroccan left-back Youssef Belammari. The transfer could include a sum of $500,000 to finalize the purchase of Belammari's contract, who is considered an important player for Raja. Al Ahly is reportedly seeking to transfer Dari, who has experienced recurring injuries since his summer 2024 arrival and is not part of the coach's plans. However, the deal may be complicated by Dari's history with Wydad Casablanca, Raja's rival. Sources close to the player suggest his attachment to his former club could make the move difficult. Al Ahly's management is expected to meet with Dari after the Egyptian Supercup to discuss his future and the potential swap for Belammari, who is reportedly deciding between a contract extension and an early departure. Africafoot reports that a final decision on Dari's transfer could be made after this meeting. Should the swap fail, Al Ahly has also considered loaning Dari to another Moroccan club or a team in the Gulf region, an option that Africafoot previously revealed, though his high salary remains a concern. Belammari, who joined Raja in July 2023, has a contract that runs until June 2026 and has 15 caps for Morocco. In the current 2025/2026 season, he has made 6 league appearances, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €1.50m.
