Yoav Hofmeister Transfer from Korona Kielce to Motor Lublin

Yoav Hofmayster was linked with a move to another Ekstraklasa club due to his expiring contract. Offers were made by Motor Lublin and Zagłębie Lubin, but both were rejected by the Israeli player. Korona Kielce announced that they did not reach an agreement to extend his contract, and Hofmayster will leave the club. Due to the political situation in his country, he will not participate in training with Korona until the end of his contract.

Yoav Hofmayster's contract with Korona Kielce is set to expire at the end of June. There has been interest from Motor Lublin, a club in the Polish Ekstraklasa. Despite receiving a proposal to extend his contract in December, no agreement has been reached. Hofmayster is training individually and is unlikely to return to the team this season.

Yoav Hofmayster received a contract offer from Motor Lublin due to his contract with Korona Kielce expiring on June 30, 2025. The transfer was intended to be a free transfer after his current contract expires. However, Hofmayster rejected the offer, as reported by Szymon Janczyk from Weszlo.com. He is likely to consider a move abroad to a stronger league instead.

Motor Lublin is interested in acquiring Yoav Hofmayster from Korona Kielce. Hofmayster's contract with Korona Kielce remains effective until June 30, 2025. Artur Jankowski, the president of Korona Kielce, indicated that they have offered a contract extension to Hofmayster, although his agent has informed them of interest from several other clubs. Despite the club's attempts to keep him, media reports suggest that Hofmayster is unlikely to extend his tenure in Kielce. Since joining Korona from Ironi Kiryat Shmona last summer, Hofmayster has established himself as a crucial player for the team, having made 51 appearances and contributed a goal and two assists. His possible departure this winter could represent a significant loss for Korona, particularly as he is a regular starter under coach Jacek Zieliński. Motor Lublin is competing with other clubs, such as Zagłębie Lubin, for the Israeli international, who has also played 18 times this season and provided one assist.
