Rostov announced on their official website that they have signed 31-year-old Brazilian defender Igor Nogueira on a two-year contract. Nogueira began his professional career in Brazil, playing for the youth sides of Fluminense and Figueirense. His previous clubs include Santa Clara, Gil Vicente, and Chaves in Portugal, as well as Mazatlan in Mexico. Most recently, Nogueira played for the Azerbaijani club Sabah, which he joined in the summer of 2024. Rostov's press service welcomed the defender to the team. His market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €650k.
