Fortuna Sittard is expected to sign 25-year-old Moroccan-Dutch midfielder Yassin Oukili from Portuguese club Casa Pia. Oukili previously played for RKC Waalwijk before moving to Portugal last summer, where he did not secure a regular spot after sustaining an injury, making eight league appearances. Fortuna Sittard manager Danny Buijs had been seeking midfield reinforcements for some time, and this became a higher priority following the departure of Ryan Fosso. Oukili, who has been capped five times by Morocco's U23 side, has a contract with Casa Pia until June 2028 and his current market value is €800k, according to Transfermarkt.
