According to Sport.ua, 21-year-old Ukrainian winger Yaroslav Bazaev is currently with the Poltava team. Bazaev has been a free agent since January 1, 2026, following his departure from his last club, Oleksandriya. While at Oleksandriya, he initially played for the U-19 team before moving to the reserves. In the 2025/26 season, Bazaev played 17 matches and scored 4 goals for Oleksandriya-2 in the Second League of Ukraine, and also made a one-minute appearance for the senior team in a UPL match against Zorya.
