According to Fabrizio Romano, Juventus have made inquiries about Yannick Ferreira Carrasco. Carrasco is a 32-year-old Belgian international and former Atletico Madrid player who has been with Al-Shabab in Saudi Arabia for two and a half years. The winger has 78 caps for his country. Romano also reported that Carrasco is expected to leave his current club during this transfer window. Juventus are looking for a player in his role as they evaluate Federico Chiesa's situation, viewing Carrasco as a potential alternative. In the current Saudi Pro League season, Carrasco has scored 5 goals and provided 1 assist in 10 appearances. His contract with Al-Shabab is valid until June 2027, and he has a current Transfermarkt market value of €6.00m. Al-Shabab reportedly paid €15.0M for his services in September 2023. A January 2026 report noted his gross annual salary is €13 million. This figure has reportedly been a significant obstacle for interested clubs.
