A report from ESPN BR states that Remo has signed Yago Pikachu from Fortaleza. The signing of the 33-year-old Brazilian was announced on January 1, 2026, by Remo, a club that has returned to Série A. Yago Pikachu signed a two-year contract. He joins from Fortaleza, where he had been since January 2024 and for whom he played in 53 matches last season. According to the club's official announcement, the signing confirmed news that had been circulating in sports media for several days. The announcement also stated that Pikachu will reinforce the squad's offense as a midfielder or right-winger, bringing experience and quality. Furthermore, the statement noted the player's return to Pará and that he had previously played for Remo's youth teams in both football and futsal. His career has included periods at Vasco and Shimizu S-Pulse in Japan, and he was developed at Paysandu, Remo's main rival. His current market value, per Transfermarkt, is €800k.
