Coulibaly, who is currently on loan at Sassuolo, is not expected to remain at his parent club, and Leicester City wants to finalize his sale in the next transfer window. His loan club, Sassuolo, are reportedly in the leading position to sign him and have started negotiations with the Championship side, having already prepared an offer. The five-cap Mali international has made 10 appearances for Sassuolo in Serie A this season. His contract with parent club Leicester City runs until June 2029, and he has a current market value of €2.00m, according to Transfermarkt. He moved to Leicester from Parma in January 2025 for a fee reported to be between €3.0m and €4.0m.
