He said that he hopes to stay, that talks are ongoing, and that he hopes an agreement will be reached through a compromise. Biedrzycki also made it clear that he would like to stay at Wisła, as he came to the club with the goal of promotion, which he feels he has achieved after a difficult individual start.

On TVP Sport's '1 Liga Styl Życia', Jarosław Królewski stated that talks regarding possible contract extensions for players with contracts expiring at the end of June, including 28-year-old Polish centre-back Wiktor Biedrzycki, will begin during the March international break. Biedrzycki has made 21 appearances in the Betclic 1 Liga this season, scoring 5 goals and providing 2 assists. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value at €350k.
