Journalist Igor Burbas reported that 20-year-old Ukrainian "Dynamo" goalkeeper Vyacheslav Surkis could be sent on loan during the winter transfer window to gain optimal form, receive stable playing time, and move away from the pressure associated with his surname at the club. According to sources cited by Burbas, both "Levyi Bereh" and "Chornomorets" approached "Dynamo" this offseason with proposals to take Surkis. Burbas also reported that approximately two years ago, the Spanish club "Rayo Vallecano" had invited the goalkeeper to their U-19 team, but he was not released at the time. Surkis, who has been capped six times by the Ukraine U19 national team, has a contract with Dynamo Kyiv until June 2028 and a current Transfermarkt market value of €100k.
