The 40-year-old Cape Verdean goalkeeper Vozinha was offered to Ceará for the Série B of the Brasileirão. An intermediary made the offer directly to president João Paulo Silva, who chose not to open conversations. Ceará currently has Richard as their undisputed starting goalkeeper, along with Bruno Ferreira and Jorge as other options. Vozinha is a free agent after his contract with the Portuguese club Chaves expired at the beginning of June. The goalkeeper made 19 appearances in Liga Portugal 2 during the 25/26 season and has been capped 90 times for his country.
