Vojtěch Sychra Transfer from Pardubice to Slovan Liberec
Vojtěch Sychra, a 24-year-old Czech football midfielder, is joining FC Slovan Liberec from FK Pardubice. He signed a long-term contract until June 2030 after arriving at Ještěd. According to behind-the-scenes information, Slovan acquired him as part of a deal when Michal Hlavatý moved to the East Bohemian club. Roman Brulík from the RBR SportConsult agency, which represents the player, stated that after 12 years in Pardubice, Vojta felt the need for a change, and that in their opinion, Liberec could be an excellent choice for him due to its playing style and sporting ambitions. Brulík also stated that Vojta knows coach Kováč and part of his coaching team, which should help him, especially at the beginning of his new engagement. General manager Jan Nezmar said that they had wanted to acquire Vojta for a long time and are glad that it has now happened. Nezmar added that Sychra has played many matches in adult football and will be among the more experienced players. He also said they believe that thanks to his abilities, he will quickly adapt to their style of play. Sychra has been capped twice for the Czechia U17 team, has a current Transfermarkt market value of €500k, and has contributed 1 goal and 4 assists in 15 Chance Liga appearances this season.
