Vladislavs Gutkovskis has decided to continue his association with Arka Gdynia. His previous contract with the club, which was valid until mid-2027, was automatically terminated after its relegation from the Ekstraklasa. The club from the Tricity announced that it had reached an agreement with the player regarding a new contract valid until 30 June 2028. The player will remain at the club.

Arka Gdynia has made Latvian Centre-Forward Vladislavs Gutkovskis, 31, an offer for a new contract. Gutkovskis has not yet responded to this offer as of June 23, as he has competing options from other Ekstraklasa clubs. Gutkovskis will become a free agent on July 1 due to a clause in his contract that allows contract termination in case of relegation. He joined Arka Gdynia in January 2026 and in the 2025/2026 Ekstraklasa season, he made 16 appearances, scored 4 goals and provided 1 assist. The striker, who has 61 caps and 14 goals for Latvia, has a current market value of €350k, according to Transfermarkt. Piast Gliwice is among the clubs recently linked with him.
