Vince Osuji, a 20-year-old Nigerian defender, is returning to Scandinavia after being permanently transferred to Tromsø from Club Brugge. The move follows a year and a half at the Belgian club, where he was unable to establish himself in the team, making only one Jupiler Pro League appearance in the 2025/2026 season. The transfer to Tromsø in August 2026 was reportedly for what was described as hardly any transfer fee, which is a significant drop from the €3.0 million Club Brugge paid to Kalmar for him in January 2025. His current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €800k.
