Anderlecht is seeking to strengthen its defense in the final phase of the transfer window and has Victor Rofino on its list. The Brussels club has made contact in Portugal regarding the 24-year-old Spanish defender, who also holds Guinea-Bissau nationality and currently plays for União de Leiria. A bid of €1 million from the Portuguese club Famalicao for Rofino has been rejected. Anderlecht is reportedly willing to offer €1.5 million for the player, who was partly trained at Real Madrid. It is expected to become clear in the coming days if Anderlecht will make a formal move. Rofino joined Leiria in July 2024, with his contract running until 2027, and has been capped seven times for Guinea-Bissau. His current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €550k.
