Dynamo and Karpaty are reportedly in negotiations for the potential transfer of 24-year-old Ukrainian midfielder Valentyn Rubchynskyi. Another club, Kharkiv's Metalist 1925, has already rejected a move for him. Journalist Igor Burbas reported that Metalist 1925 received an offer to sign the player but refused due to concerns about his health, specifically noting that Rubchynskyi has previously undergone two operations on his cruciate ligaments. Rubchynskyi joined Dynamo Kyiv from Dnipro-1 in July 2024 for a fee of €1.0M and has a contract until June 2028. He has made two appearances in the Premier Liga this season, and his current Transfermarkt market value is €1.00m.
