Dinamo has signed 25-year-old Romanian left-back Valentin Țicu as a free agent after he recently amicably left his former club, Petrolul. Dinamo's manager, Zeljko Kopic, described Țicu as a quality player but acknowledged that he has had a long period without playing. Kopic mentioned that he had spoken with the player, who explained his situation, and expressed hope that he will adapt well to the team and eventually be prepared to help. The uncapped Romanian has a current Transfermarkt market value of €300k.
