Marca reports on the departure of Spanish central midfielder Unai Vencedor, 25, from Athletic and his subsequent new signing. Vencedor was the first player discarded by manager Terzic and terminated his contract with Athletic on September 1, with one year remaining on it. The termination followed a period in the summer when the club had him train for several days away from his teammates and outside Lezama, which angered the squad. Vencedor was also not given a squad number when the roster was announced. After the termination, Unai Vencedor signed a one-season contract with Burgos that includes an option to extend for one more season. The Spain U21 international has a current Transfermarkt market value of €1.60m. Real Oviedo had also been linked with the player.
