Łukasz Zjawiński Transfer from Polonia Warszawa to Wisła Kraków

Wisła Kraków was interested in Łukasz Zjawiński and was reportedly preparing an offer to sign him from Polonia Warszawa this winter. The main issue was that Polonia Warszawa completely rules out transferring the striker during the campaign. Jarosław Królewski stated that the topic was no longer being discussed. He also said that they had personally told both the agents and the player that the transaction would not be done in this configuration and that it is closed.

Jarosław Królewski has stated that he does not plan to make a winter proposal for Łukasz Zjawiński from Polonia Warszawa. It is possible that Zjawiński will receive a contract offer from Wisła Kraków starting from July 2026, when he will become a free agent. Tomasz Włodarczyk reported that Wisła Kraków planned to make an offer to Polonia Warszawa, but it was not pursued due to the Warsaw club's firm position. Zjawiński is set to stay at Polonia Warszawa until the end of the season. Włodarczyk also stated his belief that Wisła Kraków will eventually attempt to sign Zjawiński, potentially offering him a contract in the winter for a transfer from July.

Piotr Koźmiński from Goal.pl reported that Wisła Kraków intends to start direct negotiations with Łukasz Zjawiński of Polonia Warsaw at the beginning of 2026. The report also states that if these negotiations are positive, the I league leader will attempt to acquire Zjawiński in the winter. Łukasz Zjawiński is a Legia Warsaw youth product, and his contract with Polonia Warsaw expires in the summer. Coach Mariusz Pawlak openly informed that Zjawiński has rejected extending his contract to take on a new challenge in his career. Zjawiński is among the most effective players in the second tier of Ekstraklasa and has scored ten goals and provided an assist in 20 appearances this season.

Łukasz Zjawiński of Polonia Warszawa has been associated with a potential move to Kraków in recent weeks.

Wisła Kraków expressed interest in signing Łukasz Zjawiński from Polonia Warszawa. The transfer was seen as a significant move for the club, considering Zjawiński's remarkable record of 23 goals last season and 5 goals in the current season. Nevertheless, when the club discovered the transfer fee involved six-figure sums, they quickly decided to abandon the plan. Initially, Wisła Kraków had considered acquiring Zjawiński to fill the void left by Łukasz Zwoliński's transfer to Sakaryaspor in Turkey. The club's need for a dependable goal scorer was apparent, as Ángel Rodado did not have a suitable backup, and Ardit Nikaj was not yet prepared to meet the team's requirements. Although they acknowledged Zjawiński's potential to be a transformative addition, the financial demands were considered excessive, which led to their decision to withdraw from the pursuit, according to a report by Bartosz Karcz on Studio Reymonta.
