English centre-back Tristen Batanwi is a target for a number of EFL clubs this summer. The 20-year-old is attracting interest in both permanent and loan moves, as his potential availability has alerted clubs. A number of League Two clubs have expressed an interest in signing Batanwi. Clubs across the EFL, and notably in League Two, are prepared to offer him the opportunity to play regular football in the lower divisions. A loan move remains a strong possibility because he is unproven at a senior level, with clubs keen to explore both short-term and long-term deals with Coventry City. Batanwi joined the club in July 2024 and his contract is set to expire in June 2026.
