After a move to Lillestrøm SK was cancelled at short notice, Tobias Gulliksen of Rapid Wien is set to join Kocaelispor in the Turkish Süper Lig on a loan basis. It is reported that the agreement for the 23-year-old Norwegian attacking midfielder includes a purchase option and the coverage of his wages. Gulliksen has scored two goals and provided five assists in 37 games for Rapid Wien. For the Norway U21 national team, he has 11 caps and one goal. Gulliksen's current contract runs until 2029, and he joined Rapid Vienna in September 2025 for a fee that was reported to be €3.8 million. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is estimated to be €2.20m.
