Insider Ivan Karpov reported that Rostov's 26-year-old Russian forward, Timur Suleymanov, could become the first new signing for Baltika in the summer transfer window. In a conversation with a "Championat" correspondent, the player's agent, Vladimir Kuzmichev, said he was not yet familiar with the publication about the potential move. Kuzmichev stated that it would be premature to comment, adding that the player's future is not something to discuss at this time, whether it lies with Baltika, another club, or involves a new contract with Rostov. The agent also mentioned that talks about a new contract with Rostov are ongoing and that commenting on them could be detrimental to the process. Suleymanov joined Rostov in July 2025 and has five caps and one goal for the Russia U21 team. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €1.50m.
