Tuttosport reports that Lecce's 20-year-old Portuguese centre-back Tiago Gabriel is on Juventus' list as they consider reinforcements. A Juventus scout was reportedly sent to observe him in person a couple of weeks ago during the Fiorentina-Lecce match. A transfer would be a significant capital gain for Lecce, who paid one and a half million for the player after he was identified by Pantaleo Corvino. The newspaper cites a valuation of 25-30 million euros. Juventus is monitoring him but faces competition from Inter, who are also observing the player, and potentially from English clubs that could make significant offers in the winter. He would be considered for the role of vice-Bremer in Luciano Spalletti's defence at Juventus. Gabriel joined Lecce in January 2025, has a contract until June 2027, and has made 11 appearances in Serie A this season, scoring one goal. He has also been capped three times for the Portugal U21 team.
