Laola1.at has reported that Thomas Sabitzer might leave Wolfsberger AC due to limited playtime opportunities. Sabitzer is contemplating a move away from the club as he seeks more playtime. His former team, WSG Tirol, is considering bringing him back. Although his contract with Wolfsberger AC extends until 2026, his future there is uncertain. The "Krone" has indicated that WSG Tirol is interested in reacquiring Sabitzer, and GAK is also interested in the player, who began his career at Sturm Graz's youth academy. Wolfsberger AC paid 200,000 Euros to LASK for Sabitzer in July 2023, and his market value has since risen to 400,000 Euros. It is yet to be determined if Wolfsberger AC will be able to sell him for twice the amount they initially paid.
