NAC has informed Netherlands centre-back Terence Kongolo, 31, that he is no longer part of the plans of coach Carl Hoefkens. Kongolo has been moved to the Under 21 squad and is allowed to look for a new club. Kongolo's contract with NAC runs until the end of this season, but it appears the separation will occur sooner. Kongolo stated that he just wants to play every week and enjoy the game, and if it is not there, then it will be somewhere else. It is not known if other clubs are interested in Terence Kongolo. Kongolo, who joined NAC Breda in September 2024, has made five Eredivisie appearances this season. The four-time Netherlands international has a current market value of €350k, according to Transfermarkt.
