Taylor Harwood-Bellis Transfer from Southampton to Everton
Everton are considering making a move for Taylor Harwood-Bellis. According to talkSPORT's Alex Crook, West Ham are also interested in signing him before the 2nd February deadline. Speaking to Football League World, Southampton fan pundit Martin Sanders admitted he is not surprised to see Taylor Harwood-Bellis being linked with a move back to the Premier League, as he has been the Saints’ standout defender in recent times. Sanders commented that there seems to be a lot of discussion around Harwood-Bellis and that there was talk he was looking to go back to the north of the country. The pundit thinks the player and his partner are from that part of the country, so there may be some truth to it. Southampton should only sell Harwood-Bellis if Everton or West Ham make an offer that is too good to refuse.
Taylor Harwood-Bellis has reportedly become a transfer target for Everton late in the winter window. According to former Manchester United chief scout, Mick Brown, Everton are interested in Harwood-Bellis. Brown claims that Burnley are being spoken about and he has heard Everton have also been considering the player.
Everton is one of the clubs showing interest in acquiring Taylor Harwood-Bellis from Southampton. The 23-year-old England international centre-back is anticipated to depart from Southampton, which is confronting relegation to the Championship following a disappointing season with merely nine points from 27 Premier League matches. In addition to Everton, Tottenham, Aston Villa, Newcastle United, Crystal Palace, Brighton and Hove Albion, and West Ham United have also shown interest in Harwood-Bellis. It has been reported that the player is ready to move on as Southampton prepares for life in the lower division.
