Tate Campbell, a 23-year-old English midfielder and former Birmingham City academy graduate, has joined Forest Green Rovers from a non-league club. Forest Green Rovers are currently fourth in the fifth tier. Robbie Savage had previously attempted to sign Campbell for Macclesfield. Campbell stated that Savage had contacted him months ago regarding that potential move and had been observing him since. The player also said that it was good to feel wanted and that his relationship with Savage contributed to the transfer occurring. During the 2025/2026 season in the National League North, Campbell made 23 appearances, in which he scored 3 goals and provided 2 assists.
