According to Tuttomercato, Szymon Zurkowski is nearing a mutual termination of his contract with Spezia, which is valid until 2027. Zurkowski, who has been inactive due to physical problems since September, could return to Poland within a week to continue treatment and rehabilitation. The objective is for him to later resume his career at a club in his country. This arrangement would result in Spezia saving approximately 1.5 million euros in wages spread over two seasons.

Szymon Zurkowski is considering options in Turkey or Belgium after a move to Catanzaro fell through.

There is also interest from a club in Turkey, but Żurkowski does not prefer this option.
