According to his profile on adatbank.mlsz.hu, 27-year-old Greek defender Stefanos Evangelou has signed with NK Aluminij. NK Aluminij are currently 7th in the Slovenian top division. Evangelou left Nyíregyháza last week by mutual agreement. The Slovenian club has not yet announced his arrival.

Sztefanosz Evangelu and Nyíregyháza Spartacus FC terminated their contract by mutual agreement. The 27-year-old Greek centre-back is now a free agent, having joined the club in July 2025. This season, he made 10 appearances and scored one goal in the NB I domestic league. Evangelou has 15 caps for the Greece U21 national team. His current market value is €350k, according to Transfermarkt.
