Stefan Mitrovic, a Serbian forward from Hellas Verona, is being considered by Deportivo de La Coruña as the 'number 9' that coach Antonio Hidalgo has been insisting on. The young 23-year-old could join Deportivo on loan, with a mandatory purchase option in case of promotion. The Italian market is one of the preferred scouting grounds for the Galician club. Mitrovic's contract at Hellas Verona runs until June 2028 and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €1.50m. Other clubs, including Mallorca and Torino, have also been linked with the player.
