Lazio is monitoring Twente's 23-year-old Israeli central defender, Stav Lemkin, as a precaution in case Alessio Romagnoli leaves the club. Lemkin is the most recent player to be targeted by sporting director Fabiani. It is reported that any potential move for the defender is dependent on the outcome of negotiations between Romagnoli and Al Sadd, as the Italian defender's transfer to the Qatari club has stalled again after a previous attempt was also unsuccessful. The defender, who has 10 caps for Israel, joined Twente in July 2025 and his contract runs until June 2028. His market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €6.00m.
