Experienced defensive midfielder and former Serbia international Srđan Mijailović has returned to Čukarički, signing a two-year contract. Mijailović, who last played for Al Wasl in the United Arab Emirates, previously had a successful spell with the Serbian club from October 2020 to 2022, where he became a key player. Those performances led to a transfer to Crvena zvezda before his move abroad. Upon his return, Mijailović stated he was pleased to be back at a club that he feels greatly assisted his career.
