Srđan Plavšić leaving Raków Częstochowa?
Raków Częstochowa intends to sell Srđan Plavšić for 100,000 euros. Although his contract runs until June 2026, he might leave the club this summer. The club has listed him on TransferRoom for sale. His transfer fee is considered attractive.
Baník Ostrawa expressed interest in acquiring Srđan Plavšić, who previously played for them on loan during the 2022/2023 season from Slavia Prague. However, according to Luděk Mikloško, the sporting director of Baník Ostrawa, the transfer seems unlikely due to Plavšić's current favorable contract with Raków Częstochowa. Despite this, the possibility of a loan move is being considered, with Raków potentially covering part of the player's salary.
Baník Ostrawa is interested in re-signing Srđan Plavšić, who previously played for them in the 2022/2023 season, making 27 appearances with five goals and seven assists. Despite his recent injury struggles, the Czech club maintains regular contact with him. Raków Częstochowa is not expected to demand a high transfer fee, as they signed him from Slavia Prague for 400,000 euros in the summer of 2023. However, Baník Ostrawa may face challenges in matching Plavšić's current salary at Raków, although the potential departure of their star player Ewerton could ease their wage budget.
Srđan Plavšić is reportedly not satisfied with his current situation at Raków Częstochowa. After returning to health, he was not able to convince the coach, Marek Papszun, of his abilities. Tomasz Włodarczyk from Meczyki.pl believes there is a chance that Plavšić will leave the club in the summer. Plavšić has a contract until June 30, 2026, but the upcoming transfer window might be an ideal moment for parting ways if the club and player do not wish to extend their cooperation. According to Transfermarkt, the player's current market value is estimated at 700k euros.
