According to reports in previous weeks, there was an offer from Baltika for Čukarički's 26-year-old Serbian and Montenegrin striker, Slobodan Tedić. Another Russian Premier League club, Akron, is now also interested in signing him. The arrival of Serbian manager Srđan Blagojević at Akron is said to have significantly influenced the development of negotiations. The club is reportedly prepared to pay approximately one million euros for the transfer. Manchester City would also receive a portion of any future sale, as they retain a percentage from the player's next move. Tedić joined Čukarički in January 2024 and is under contract until the end of 2027. During the 2025/2026 domestic league season, he scored 13 goals and provided 5 assists in 36 appearances.
