Fiorentina faces the possibility of losing 24-year-old Swiss international midfielder Simon Sohm, who is the subject of interest from multiple clubs. Alongside Cremonese and some Turkish clubs, Al Sadd, managed by Roberto Mancini, is also interested in the player. It is reported that Mancini is seeking to sign another footballer from Serie A to strengthen his squad in Qatar. Sohm, who has four caps for Switzerland, joined Fiorentina in August 2025 and is under contract until 2030. He has made 15 appearances and provided one assist in Serie A this season.
