KV Malines announced that Simion Michez has signed a contract with the club until June 30, 2029. After a half-season loan at Sigma Olomouc, Michez returned to Slavia Prague in January, where he did not find a place in the first team and was relegated to the B team. Simion Michez leaves Slavia Prague having played 17 matches and scored one goal for the first team. Both Slavia Prague and KV Malines announced the transfer on August 27, 2026.

According to journalist Sacha Tavolieri, a return to Belgium is a possibility for Simion Michez. Sources from the inFotbal portal also confirmed that negotiations are taking place, but that nothing is finalized yet. The club previously made a statement on its social networks that Simion Michez has come back from his loan at Olomouc and is in the process of negotiating his future with a foreign club.

According to Sacha Tavolieri, an agreement has been reached between KV Malines and Slavia Prague for the permanent transfer of Simion Michez. Michez is set to return to the Jupiler Pro League, having spent the last two years in the Czech Republic. He was under contract with Slavia Prague until 2028. Discussions are reportedly in their final stages.

Interest in Simion Michez from Belgium has been reported. Olomouc does not have an option to buy the player, and a transfer to a different club would require Slavia Prague to recall him.
