Pisa has shown interest in Silvio Merkaj, according to Tuttomercato. The transfer fee is set at around one million euros, and SudTirol is not willing to make discounts on the price.

Pisa is pursuing a permanent transfer for Silvio Merkaj, a 28-year-old striker who holds both Albanian and Italian citizenship. However, Vicenza and Modena are also attempting to acquire the player, creating competition. Merkaj's current club, Südtirol, has established an asking price of approximately one million euros for the player, whose contract is valid until 2027. It is reported that the fee requested by Südtirol is currently complicating negotiations. Merkaj became a player for FC Südtirol in August 2023 and has a market value of €900k, according to Transfermarkt.
