Sergio Herrera, the 32-year-old Spanish goalkeeper with 230 appearances for Osasuna, has extended his contract, signing a new agreement that will keep him with the club until June 2028. This new contract adds two more seasons to his existing deal, which was due to end at the conclusion of the current season. His release clause has been increased to 20 million euros under LALIGA EA Sports, up from the 14 million euros stipulated in his previous contract. The renewal is considered a strategic decision for the team. Herrera is expected to hold a press conference at El Sadar stadium alongside the club's sporting director, Braulio Vázquez. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is currently estimated at €3.00m.
