Tuttomercato reports that several clubs are interested in Semuel Pizzignacco, Monza's 24-year-old Italian goalkeeper. Palermo is targeting Pizzignacco as they seek a reliable backup for Joronen. Fellow Serie B clubs Vicenza and SudTirol are also considering the player, who was born in 2001. Initial approaches have been made for Pizzignacco. He was the second-choice keeper behind Thiam last season and could leave Monza. He joined the club in February 2025, and his contract expires in June 2027. According to Transfermarkt, the former Italy U21 international has a current market value of €600k.
