Sebastian Polter has left Eintracht Braunschweig to join Partizan Belgrade, where he has signed a contract until the end of the season with an option to extend. In a club statement, sports director Benjamin Kessel said that they had an open conversation with Sebastian about his situation and that his prospects for playing time would not have increased in the second half of the season. Kessel added that Polter has now been given the special opportunity to play abroad once again with one of Serbia's top clubs and that it was clear to them that they did not want to prevent him from leaving.
