FC Košice announced on social media that Slovak footballer Sebastian Kóša is joining the club on loan.

Sebastián Kóša, a 22-year-old Slovakian Centre-Back, is returning to Slovakia to join FC Košice on loan and will be the first player to depart Real Zaragoza during the winter transfer window. After joining the Spanish club from Spartak Trnava in the summer of 2022 on a four-year contract, he experienced a broken leg and a meniscus operation. The loan to Košice does not contain a purchase option, and Kóša is expected to return to Zaragoza in June, where he has two years remaining on his contract. All the details are agreed upon and the deal is regarded as complete, with an official completion anticipated early next week. The Slovakia U21 international, who has 12 caps for the side, has made no appearances for Zaragoza in LaLiga2 this season. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €500k.
