Spanish central midfielder Saúl Ñíguez, 31, wants to leave Flamengo as soon as possible. His relationship with coach Leonardo Jardim has deteriorated due to a lack of playing time. The club's management is aware of the situation and is working to find a solution as quickly as possible. Saúl Ñíguez earns around four million euros per year. He has two more seasons left on his contract. His high salary makes a transfer very difficult. The midfielder has 19 caps and 3 goals for Spain and a current Transfermarkt market value of €1.00m.
