Saša Zdjelar, who previously spent four years with Partizan, has been training with the club after his contract with Zenit was terminated. Initial contact was made for Zdjelar to return, but that possibility became less likely as the club already has Dragojević and Karabeljov for his position. Zdjelar does not currently plan to rejoin Partizan, although it remains an option if he does not secure opportunities abroad. In an interview with 'Sportinjo', Mijatović confirmed this situation, stating that Zdjelar has been training at 'Zemunelo' for several months to maintain his form since leaving Zenit. Mijatović added that, as far as he knows, Zdjelar's priority is to play abroad again rather than return to Serbia, and that they will wait to see if he gets a suitable offer. Mijatović also expressed his personal wish to see the player back at Partizan, noting that as a former captain, Zdjelar understands the club's importance, has experience and quality, and would be valuable for the position he plays.
