Birindelli, the son of former Juventus defender Alessandro Birindelli, began his career in Pisa's youth system, where he made 192 appearances and netted 7 goals for the senior team. The defender is under contract with Monza until June 30, 2026, and Transfermarkt estimates his market value to be €2.80 million. Besides the interest from Panathinaikos, several Italian clubs, including Pisa, Cremonese, and Sassuolo, are also reportedly interested in the player.
