Negotiations between Sønderjyske and Hillerød for 19-year-old Danish-Iranian winger Saman Jalaei have ended without an agreement after several days of discussions, with the discussions ending approximately four hours before the transfer deadline. Sønderjyske had multiple bids rejected during the negotiations. Hillerød was willing to sell the player for a total of €400,000 (2.9 million kroner) plus a 20 percent resale clause. Sønderjyske's offer was for €175,000 (1.3 million kroner) plus bonuses worth 400,000 kroner, for a total package of 1.7 million kroner. Due to this valuation difference, Sønderjyske is no longer pursuing the player in this transfer window. The Norwegian club Viking has also been interested in Jalaei, who is under contract at Hillerød until the summer of 2027.
